Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
To process your request, please provide:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the item received and its packaging.
- A brief description of the issue.
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will send the correct item at no additional cost or provide an appropriate solution.
Conditions
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- We cannot accept claims for products that have been opened, used, or damaged due to improper handling.
- Claims submitted more than 7 calendar days after delivery will not be accepted.
