Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all makeup, cosmetics, and beauty product sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been delivered.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photos of the item received and its packaging.

  • A brief description of the issue.

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will send the correct item at no additional cost or provide an appropriate solution.

Conditions

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • We cannot accept claims for products that have been opened, used, or damaged due to improper handling.

  • Claims submitted more than 7 calendar days after delivery will not be accepted.
